S2U2 v0.83 (freeware)
Requirements: Windows Mobile 5.0 / WM6
Overview: S2U2 is a simple lock/unlock application which has the iPhone style slide unlocking. It can be used as a screensaver while you don't use your device. S2U2 is the new version of Slide2Unlock because the old one is a RAM hunger and running it at Landscape mode caused a lot of troubles. So the author started to rewrite the whole thing in C++... and, here it is the new born baby - S2U2. As a new start, this is the most basic version, i.e. it does not have the Caller ID, unread xxx notifications, etc...


- reworked the CallerID function

- added option Slide2Answer (only effective when CallerID is enabled & the device is locked; to answer the call - slide the green button; to end - press the end button or the power button; to mute - press the volume up/down buttons)


- added command switch -reset for iLock2 to reset the unread counts of SMS, MMS, email & vmail (make sure you know they all should be zero before run it)

- for Korean devices, removed the default SMS patch. To apply the patch, add a registry key KoreanSMSpatch (DWORD) & set it to 1

- some minor bugs fixed

- more FAQs added in the ReadMe.txt

Now more compatible with WM6

A .CAB file a day, for mobile users on the way, keeps installation problems away...

Works on T-Mobile MDA Compact III WM5.

The new slide to answer is a good solution to unintentionally answering a call whilst a touch screen PC is in your pocket.

Works on qtek 9100 with wm5, haven't tried the slide to answer yet
but loved the little wifi logo in taskbar already!
Does the job perfectly thanx for sharing and the developer for the hard work and keeping it freeware!


edit: just found out that the spb time alarm function doesn't get my device out of standby when S2U2 is on!
