How can I clear this icon?

lol...you've been playing around with my theme and have stuffed it up....what your pointing at should not look that way (should be skinned). But anyway....the best thing to do is to restore the default settings of the theme...to do that go to theme..choose a completely different theme..click apply..then re choose Vista Ultimate Mobile theme, the default settings should be restored, and it should go away.

Place 'Segoe UI.ttf' in "\Windows\Fonts"
Place 'welcomehead.96.png' in "\Windows" - - - > (optional)
Inside the "Resco Explorer skin" folder there is a folder called "Vista Ultimate Mobile", place that folder into '\Program Files\Resco Today Plugin\TodaySkins', then to use it go to resco options icon (on today screen) and select the skin.
the WA3 skin goes anywere you like..its up to you were you put it...to install go to WA3 options, go to "themes" and select it there (you will have to navigate to it)

The problem is, there is no \Program Files\Resco Today Plugin\TodaySkins folder anywhere.... I've looked in the storage card and the main memory, and installed it in both as well, but no folder. Nobody else seems to be having this problem, so am I doing something wrong???

that is so strange...have you even installed Resco Explorer today plugin?...if you have navigate to that location...you should see "Resco Today Plugin\TodaySkins"...I have no idea why you can't seem to find it....that is so odd....make sure you have installed resco explorer today plugin properly. Its here (scroll down to today plugin).

are you running the latest WA3 for WM 2003?...have you tried other animated cursers?..do they work? (sorry ive never tried it on wm 2003)..maybe you played around with the settings?..because it should work (tested on WM5 & WM6). (maybe reset to defult settings)?

I played around with ALL of the settings
tried another cursor, did not work
guessing it is because of wm2003...

3. i just need to paste the first one on windows and the third one oon your instruction to the resco folder?
