if you swap your finger from middle screen up downwards you get the second screen and this animation also

On my HTC Touch it happens only if u swipe starting from start menu(Horizontally full area middle also) downwards. My be the touch flow feature overrides it if i try from middle of the screen.

Had anyone come accross this screen ? i came across this accidently when i swiped my finger from the start button downwards.

i found it. pretty useless. easier to switch those 3 pages any other way. it would be nice if that could be used as a real task manager for the programs running.
