Question answered by my own ;D

INSTALLATION

To install, run "thetribe_ppc.exe" on your PC and follow the installation notes. On your next mobile device connection, the installed application will be downloaded to the device.

To fully utilize screensaver capabilities and allow auto-launch, install PocketCandy screensaver manager (http://www.freewareppc.com/utilities/pocketcandy.shtml) by running "PocketCandy.exe" on your PC. It is strongly recommended to install PocketCandy to the default directory in the main memory.

INSTRUCTIONS

Use navigation buttons for scrolling. Press a Center button on your D-Pad to change screen orientation.

Click on the clock in the bottom left corner to change speed and enable/disable sounds. Speed modes include: day in 5 minutes, day in 7 1/2 minutes and day in 15 minutes. Background sounds are enabled in all the modes, animation sounds - in the slowest mode only.

ACTING AS A SCREENSAVER

To customize screensaver preferences, launch the screensaver manager by tapping on PocketCandy icon in Start - Settings - System. Enable PocketCandy. Enable Daemon to get quick access to PocketCandy with a double click on the icon in the Today screen status-bar.

Select The Tribe on the list and use Config to change speed and enable/disable analog clock on the screen. (TheTribe.scr should be installed to a Windows directory, where other PocketCandy *.scr files are located).

Set start-up delays for AC power and Battery modes. Tap on Advanced for advanced options to load PocketCandy at startup, to disable auto-launch while on battery power and while full screen applications are running, etc.
