I'm not running WA or WAD anymore, cuz my Treo700w couldn't handle the memory....
So it's been a while, but you need to have both installed. WA2 will allow you to skin the top and bottom bars. WAD is like a desktop replacement, like DesktopX or similar. Install WAD and copy the WAD theme folders into it. Think of WAD as a way to 'write' your own today pluggins, use commercial today pluggins and create many many virtual today screens.
