Throttle Launcher v0.9.5 beta (Freeware)
Requirements: PPC WM5, WM6 - .NET CF v2.0 (v3.5 strongly recomended)
Overview: Skinnable application launcher that consists of several pages containing rows. Each of the rows can be scrolled horizontally by using the finger.


ThrottleLauncher is a launcher app designed for WM5 and WM6. Basically it consists of several pages containing rows. Each of the rows depending of it contents can be scrolled horizontally by using the finger. The app is fully configurable through xml files so the rest of the features depends on the different setups.

The rows can contain several type of items:
• Icons: can execute any program or link.
• Clock: analog clock.
• Text: can be updated periodically and can contain dinamic dates or registry values.
• Photo dialer: you can place contacts with asociated photos on a row.
• Running and recent apps: all running and recent apps can be shown inside a row.

• Kinetic scrolling
• Fully configurable
• Skin support

Installation:
• Backup your ThrottleLauncher directory if you have a previous instalation, specially if you have a customized theme.
• Unselect the today plugin if you have it activated.
• Softreset
• Uninstall all the previous versions of ThrottleLauncher.
• Install the ThrottleLauncher0.9.5Beta.cab file.
• Install the TL_TouchFlo3D.cab
• Set the \Program Files\ThrottleLauncher\Setups\Touchflo3D\fingerprintLR.jpgas your background for qVGA and fingerprintHR for VGA.
• Select ThrottleToday as today plugin and uncheck all other today plugins.
• Throttle must be on your today screen. If that does not work try:
--- Softreset
--- Go to StartMenu > Programs > ThrottleConfig and on the dialog that appears select Touchflo3D in the combo (even if it's already selected, do it).
--- Click on reset plugin

I don't get why they call it a free program and then expect you to donate a buck to get rid of the red text advertisement at the top and to renew your license... LoL... WTF???

Question.....

Instructions say:
- install ThrottleLauncher-0.9.3.CAB
- install TL_TouchFLO3D.CAB
- install Touchflo3dwqVGA.CAB
For QVGA:
- Go to Programs>ThrottleConfig and select on the combo the setup Touchflo3dwqVGA
- Click on reload plugin. Wait some seconds and click on ok.

But there is no Touchflo3dwqVGA.CAB included when ya unzip Touchflo3dwqVGA.zip all ya get is a bunch of XML Files and a jpg, so how are ya supposed to install something that isn't there or included... I'm assuming that you go into throttlelauncher program folder and overwrite the files with these, but I'm pretty clueless as what to do....

saw there is another new release 0.96 on their site you can check their site for more info.
