it happens on my device to (WM6 64 MB RAM) but doesnot happen on my Emulator (WM 6.1 1 GB RAM ) so its kindof device specific

Tried in i780... but unsuccesfull

it cann't setting effect and can't run 3D on htc touch 3G but it's very good on htc p3300
