here's what you can try, worked for me:

Go into the S2U2 settings and try the following settings:

Lock when device wakes up - On
Lock when Backlight turns off - OFF (for both 'On Battery Power' and 'On External Power')

On my Pda when I use my navigation program, and the light is on always, the S2U2 locks the device. I don't know why, it's very embarrassing.

Thanks now S2U2 doesn't lock when I have iGO8 running in battery.

yes it's working, but with it s2u2 is gone, never locks the device.
