I installed the cab file from your RS link, and Spb Menu has register menu. And it says 15days trial. I install some keys but it does not work.

I am going to install the first link from first post.

And it seems the battery problem is fixed. Installed this morning and still the same battery status.

There was no battery problem and there is no battery problem. So, it isn't fixed because there was nothing to fix.

I found some skins for Spb Mobile Shell v3.0. I installed it and works perfectly.
It works only with Spb Mobile Shell v3.0 Not compatible with old 2.1.x versions.
(For old 2 versions you can find compatible versions on the same page)

How to Install:
Extract the whole .zip file into your storage card root and execute the "Install_*****.mscr" script; set the user language.
A SOFT RESET is required to active the connection status icon refresh (you can also run the script "ScanStatus.mscr").
See the Readme.txt file for detailed installation instruction.

Awesome, awesome program. To be honest, I was never waiting for 3.0 since after looking at all the graphics and animations, I was sure it would hog my 200 Mhz/48MB device. I even gave 3.0.0 a miss, since I was sure there were bound to be some annoying bugs. Fact is, this baby runs like a dream on my low end machine, so for all you guys worried about performance - unless you're using a worser device than mine, you don't have to worry about it! MS3 is actually using 2.8 MB RAM - yes, 2.8 MB! I didn't check it by reading the reported memory usage, but be comparing the free memory I had before and after loading MS3. I'm still left with 20+ MB RAM which is plenty for light multi-tasking or for a heavy Opera 9 session.

Battery life is good, haven't noticed any unusual drain so far. I'm quite surprised how, even on a low end machine, the interface is so smooth and flexible. Other implementations like Touch Shell, Wisbar Advance are such a memory/CPU hog, I still can't believe how MS3 manages it while still making it look so good!

Definately worth buying.
