Overview:Spb Mobile Shell is the first program a Pocket PC user needs to install. It dramatically improves the standard user interface and adds features that most users expect from a modern PDA phone.

Hi,

just compared the RC1 Release and this one. Both are the same. No need for an upgrade.
They just released the RC1 as a Final Release without changes.

Yes...

Just install, the phone deletes the prev. version but keeps settings and installs the new version....
