Everything is modifiable and customisable: from the screen wallpaper to the clock itself. The author has placed some examples on his website, but there's nothing to stop you from changing it according to your taste.
I have personally used it many months now, the analog watch is handy and doesn't stop you from keeping an eye on the Today page.
You need PocketCandy to have this one working. It's been released here.
