As far as I know we're now looking into an alternative to dowwi powered either by us and our old rapidhack system or another existing site that provides direct downloading for filehosts.

Okay here's an idea that can help with the bandwidth issue - why not introduce P2P in 'Mobilism Market' app. The .APK's file reply on your own server which are initially seeded to the peers, once the seeds reach 10+ the server automatically stops seeding the file and leaves it up to the community to continue seeding to other peers. This way I'm sure you are saving bandwidth and the members are getting what they are donating for (I'm sure the donation ratio will increase once things go smoothly).

I noticed that downloading files through Filesonic and Wupload don't work at all via Mobilism Market.

On another note, I signed up for a Premium Download account via PayPal on Wednesday and I still haven't heard back from the person who deals with them even though I sent them a PM via this site with the relevant details...

Filesonic and Wupload have no downloading problems with the premium dowwi feature,

Aaarrgghh! I look through this thread and see a number of helpful, supportive comments and quite a few whiny ones.
Pompous ass of the month award goes to the guy (who shall remain nameless) who not only claims such financial wizardry that his donation could easily have been "turned into several hundred dollars by now" (amazing how the really wealthy are always the meanest...) But also then suggests fraud on the part of the administrators (an outrageous impertinence when one considers he, like the rest of us, and despite his IMMENSE wealth, wants to use the software and facility to steal copyrighted material).

I have been a member of this site for a VERY long time now. Yes, sometimes things go wrong, occasionally in massive style but, rest assured, I have learned there is always somebody working their butt off to make it right, however long it takes, it always happens.
I know thank you posts aren't allowed but ... Thank you guys, keep up the great work!

What issue are you having with the premium feature? Since the fix it's been 100% for me

- sometimes it won't even connect to mobilism, ( if i use it more than 5 minutes:S)
- It only downloads 1 out of 7 apps i want :S

I have to agree with Bakerboy, that "nameless" guy on the previous page was a complete asshat. What a jerk!!! It was a bad day and I was frustrated! I do take back the fraud comment, that was overboard. False claims of product or service in an attempt to receive money from another would only be fraud if it was done on purpose. I believe the administrators have tried very hard to get this working properly and I apologize to them for being rude.

@Bakerboy, as far as the money is concerned, If you dont know how to multiply your income, then you will have a very tough life. I don't consider myself extremely wealthy at all. I could always use more money! One thing the richest people in the world do is figure out every way to save a dollar(at least the ones that made their own money)
