Everything working fine except that the larger downloads occasionally fail part way through (using Firefox). They can be restarted using the Firefox download manager though and do then compllete. It is a pain though as I have to check all downloads for completion. This never happend before the switch to mblservices.org

Now i am Premium and VIP User . But where can i see the Premium and VIP Status? Whene i login i see my normal Account. I have test now the Premium Downloader but not work. Whene i enter my User and Pass i get this error: The user name or password is incorrect.

Unless you changed the password to your Premium account it's not the same as your forum account. Please check your private messages for your Premium account's password (there should be a PM there from me).

Thank You mobilism for a great place. I am on my third year of Premium membership and I love this place. Any time I have a problem, Disk4mat is there for me.

If I miss a link on an old book, the person that uploaded it usually provides a link when I PM them.

There is so much here, I haven't explored all of it, hopefully this year.

Other than only having had one year of Premium (I wasn't even aware it existed before then), I agree totally with darco1842 - Premium is just staggeringly good value, so good I've gone for Platinum!

Just taken a Premium account under the special promotion. Absolutely delighted. After using the direct download for the the first time, my browser remembered my password. On the second use it remembered where to save the file. So now I can bypass all those awful waiting times, captchas and pop-up adverts. Brilliant!

Disappointed to see .mkv files are restricted!!! Am a premium member for the past 2 year... bringing these restriction inventing a question of whether to purchase the premium account next time.

The Premium Downloader has no size limit except for files hosted on particular hosts.
Just tested mine with a +500 MB file and I'm experiencing no problems with it.

Per rule, every ebook that is released by Major Releasers should be hosted in at least one link from the supported filehosts. Most regular releasers host their files on supported filehosts too.
If you happen to come across an expired release link, contact the releasers and ask for the file to be reuploaded.

Also be sure to have this option selected

There is a max 200mb file limit on the filehost uploaded because of bandwidth restrictions they place on us. All other filehosts have no limits, Platinum or not.

The purpose of the downloader is to enable our users to download files from Mobilism, not other sites. There is no section on Mobilism currently with .mkv files.

Can anyone help please?

I have subscribed as a Premium User/VIP membership but after clicking the direct link and inputting the password info (i am aware it is initial different to the one i use to log in) the window greys out for want of a better description and nothing happens.

I am using a Mac if this has any bearing, obviously I need to correct a setting or such like but if one of you helpful people could assist i would be a massive help.
