If this is the case it's on your end, everything is working fine. Make sure your browser has javascript enabled and that your security software is not blocking us. Alternatively try testing if the blue arrows appear for you when using a browser different from the one you typically use.

So at first the downloader was an awesome tool. But now whenever I try to download an ebook on my ipad or iphone it opens up in a little window within the browser and won't download to my ibooks. I really need help with this.

The website uploads.to experienced downtime, they're back up now though.

Using IE as my browser I can see the blue arrows but nothing happens when I click on them, this has been going on for months now and has greatly lessened my use of the site. My premium has just expired and I don't see much point in renewing it if someone can't help me sort it out as I had been using Premium for a number of years without problem before this happened a few months ago.

@shuangor and @moggins - Let's try to find some similarities between your setups to figure out what's causing this. What errors are you seeing, if any? What security software are you using that could be interfering with the downloader?

Edit: a member told me over PM that for him the issue was that the blue arrows would not work with IE, but worked on other browsers (he used firefox). Can you guys check?

I am having the same issue, I was on one book and i press the arrow and nothing happened, it is not every arrow site that is affected Tusflie and Hugefiles are the ones I have come across the most. The Hugefile does have the book there I had to go in manually though which is a pest! So it isn't because of a broken link that I can tell However it does not happen on every book as the very next link I hit the blue arrow for Hugefiles, and got the message that the link was broken, but it worked! my laptop and using firefox

I use Chrome and I've come across a few ebooks that have the blue arrows that don't work. When I click on them, nothing happens. This has happened with Tusfiles and hulkload alike. I ended up downloading them manually.

Changes have been made to fix certain formats of links that would not work with the downloader.

Try using a browser other than IE as I mentioned above.

I keep getting this message all other links today have worked perfectly. The blue arrow doesn't copy and paste. Oops it magically appear when post submitted
