nope, you cant edit the tomtom poi's

For use the tomtom in landscape with wm2003se, you can turn the display directly with the control that is in the Today Screen. After lunch tomtom tha will be in landscape version.

Yes, and I done exactly so on my Qtek 2020i. But after few minutes of navigation it turn back to vertical view, without touching nothing by me.
What do you think, it is a bug ??

I don't try to navigate with tomtom in landscape. When i will go out this afternoon i will try it...But I think, if after few minutes tomtom turn in vertical view, thath is a sort of protection to obligate us to use tomtom with vertical view. I think that tomtom wants sell the Go series for the orizontal Navigation....Because a PPC cost less than a Go Navigator....

Great Britain 660.119 is out. This includes full coverage of ireland as well as being more upto date. It comes on the new TomTom MK2. Im trying to get hold of a copy which ill upload ASAP

Have sorted an SD Card Install.
All hacked ,add your own maps to the card before or after install.
Install in Spanish tho ,just change language after starting TOMTOM.
All is OK and works a treat.

This has goto be the most complex install available yet

The entire download package has the same thing repeated over and over, the tomtom installed is inside about 5 different cab files. Voices are all spanish (good if you need spanish) but its a bit of a mess. They have just taken the old tomtom 5 DVD installer and made a custom mnu file.

Same version thats already out before anyone asks.

If your spanish then take a look, if not then there are a whole load of cleaner and easier installs out there. Also, canaries, why the canaries, why not Guam, way smaller.

DOes anyone has the latest chk file for the speed camera warnings with the voice names fixed?

why in bloody hell change a exe file, you only need a program that convert the data.chk file for tomtom 6

he wants the names for the sounds shown in the program to represent the name rather than "Cow" o r "bell". These names are held in the exe file. The actual sound is in the data.chk. You need to write the names to the exe which you can either hack and do or use a program. The software we normally use to do this currently cannot edit the v6 exe. But you can edit the data.chk with it.
