twingo, you need a folder called tomtom, it can be empty, it just needs to exist. It needs to be at the same level as your Zip folder i.e

/tomtom
/zip

Not sure why it needs this empty folder, it just does.

Zip does not work for me either - i have a tomtom folder with data file inside. Can only use postcodes for each country when i am in either map (GB or Benelux) :?

i have the tomtom folder, only i am not sure if it is empty. I will take a look at it soon

I have found after 2 days and after reading your 38 pages how to install ttV6 on Axim X5.


The solution is to rename the Sd Card in Storage Card in HKLM/SYSTEM/STORAGEMANAGER/PROFILES/SDMMC/FOLDER

In this case at the install the 2577 folder is created and also the tomtom folder

TTV6 rulez :D :D

I can't get this to work anymore. I was running fine with the pre release. So I have nuked everythng and started over, but I can't get map to work or voices.

help... I am trying to run off SD Card

twingo why not try to get full postal codes copy the zip folder to pda/program files/navigator NOT pda/my documents or sd card.
