twingo, you need a folder called tomtom, it can be empty, it just needs to exist. It needs to be at the same level as your Zip folder i.e

/tomtom
/zip

Not sure why it needs this empty folder, it just does.

It's okay - i've got it to work but it seems like fairynelly is having problems

Zip does not work for me either - i have a tomtom folder with data file inside. Can only use postcodes for each country when i am in either map (GB or Benelux)

i have the tomtom folder, only i am not sure if it is empty. I will take a look at it soon

The solution is to rename the Sd Card in Storage Card in HKLM/SYSTEM/STORAGEMANAGER/PROFILES/SDMMC/FOLDER

In this case at the install the 2577 folder is created and also the tomtom folder
