Would someone please provide some instruction on what to do? I see a TomTom.exe where does this go? What and where should folders be created etc...TIA

You can easily create vga black version of tomtom v7.451.9033 (or QVGA Black or Blue) using an hex editor like ultraedit or Hexedit :

At displacement 002A8578h replace the one byte value to :
0Dh : for qvga blue (actual value)
12h : for qvga black
10h : for vga black

work fine on my VGA Eten x800.

When will tomtom 7 read version 8 maps?

I downloaded the Tomtom and wanna install to Dopod U1000， But It just stuck on the installing not change any thing in a long time waiting.

I have following problem. When first installed tt7 for pda (Asus a636n) it works great, but now this software working veeery slow , when turn on navigation, time of starting program is about 1-2 minutes. Calculating route is slow too. Others software working ok. I tried hard reseting of PDA, reinstalling version 9028, 9030.... not resolved problem. Anyone have any ideas whats may be a solution?

PS. It seems that is fault of big map v720.1803.Western.and.Central.Europe. But i don't understand why earlier it's works better.

I just switch the 7.451 Navigator .exe and datacheck.file to the old file
Then make keygen with TT8 keygen

I`ll creat a new dct-File with the tt8_keygen, put into the map-directory, but get also the Failure-Message

"Your device is not compatible with this version of tomtom"
