and what is the difference to "com.tomtom.gplay.navapp-2.2.1.b.1647032.arm64-v8a.apk" which has a higher version number ?

If you want to place an OV2 files named 'Sample.OV2' wich contain you POIs :

Paste the Sample.OV2 file in \Card\Android\data\com.tomtom.gplay.navapp.nds\files\pois
(probably in \Phone\Android\data\com.tomtom.gplay.navapp.nds\files\pois If no memory card inserted in you phone)
Create at the same place an 'ov2_icons' folder.

After that, create in \Card\Android\data\com.tomtom.gplay.navapp.nds\files\pois\ov2_icons
a folder named 'hdpi'.

In \Card\Android\data\com.tomtom.gplay.navapp.nds\files\pois\ov2_icons\hdpi
Create and paste a .PNG files 64x64 pixels that define you POI file : in that exemple : 'Sample.PNG'

You normaly could find your POI category in the list of over POIs in Tomtom NDS software.
