I was looking for a long time now a way to run Tomtom 7.x on WinCE 4.2 device, and here it is. I can confirm it works !!!

I was not able to run v 7.910.9196 nor 9189 but 9185 work nice as well as 7.450.xxxx. NO MORE "NOT ENOUGH MEMORY" !!!

I've tested maps v835.2421 and v675.1409 on it both are OK, I guess some others will work too.

I think you did something wrong. I had Touch HD and used a few versions of TT and never had any problems. Try to install another version.

Hello, with Version 916.9189 my TomTom Traffic not worked. By activation the Traffic in the menu, tt show a message "..Phone not connected..". With 910.9185 all works.

PDA is a Asus P525/WM5 with 1GB MiniSD Card. TomTom and the Maps (835) are on the SD Card.

Yes, the same . I've try 915.9196 and 916.9189, not working, only with 910 Traffic is running well, I don't no why too.

In Tomtom everything seems fine. But the clock is jumping from time to time... 12.30 06.45 8.20 11.00 an that 4x times a second continiously.

also when i drive the blu arrow snap into other road

very strange because that's only in Tomtom and not in the other apps.

I also tried tomtom 7.4 but still the same problem.

Can somebody help me?

Had same problem with Binatone unit. You need to try and get a software patch for the GPS processor in your unit. Apparently the data stream from the sats has been altered and some units do not decode the new stream correctly.

What you write is right, there is a problem with trafic in releases 915 and 916 and not in 910.

However, with thoses 2 releases, you can use trafic IF IT IS THE FIRST ACTION you do while opening Tomtom. (Provided you have subscripted this service).

Don't ask me why but if you do something before, you will receive the message "subscription needed to use this service ..." or "phone is not connected"

Waiting for a 917 that will correct this bug ...

I installed it on my HTC Diamond 2 and only works if i'm connected to mobile internet
Doesn't work with the internal gps antenna, cant find any satelites

7.916(9189) works on Toshiba TG01, but you need Franson GpsGate as well. This might help a few people.
