Need to generate a *.dct file by кεygεn, i.e. BenBBS etc. similar to that of a TomTom map.

If you use BBS, the *.dct is automatically generated inside the map folder, otherwise the file should stay inside the same map folder.

Hey DarkRay here is a patched file for the people who have a tilt2 or touch pro 2. with the regular cab it doesnt let bluetooth work at all this one should fix it feel free to add to main post.

It just keeps saying "Waiting for a valid GPS signal..."

What device? I've installed it and using a BT GPS device and it works fine. I really hate the built-in GPS devices, not as good as my SiRF.

im really really really lost here i have a htc pro 2 from sprint could any one please tell me what i need to install tomtom in my phone? i intall one in my phone but no have any map or voice and i dont know what to do next, becuse i open the ttnavigator.bif and the only 10 digit number i see is DeviceUniqueID=AB9ZACM2QW so what i reallly need to do please any help ill be apreciate and ty

I am clueless. I installed the latest version of TT7 on the phone memory and try to me to have voices. I have the original package of votes is named as a voices.rar and do not know where to dream. I tried copying it everywhere where you can, but the voices just can not see. Where do please bug?? I note that TT7 I once had a functional, but I can not remember it. Consulting please.

Could be the rom u are using i am using a tilt2 comes with 6.5 and all working fine

I'm really stuck. TomTom used to work just fine. Didn't change anything... all of a sudden it keeps reporting it can't find maps. I deleted whole TomTom and map folder and restored from backup, and still same thing...

in currentmap.dat i have correct path to map:

\Storage Card\Eastern_Europe_815.2024\

any clues?

Rename the Map folder "Eastern_Europe_815.2024" in "Eastern_Europe_815_2024" and try again. May help.

Thanx for tip, but it didn't help... the weirdest thing is that it worked and stopped all of a sudden...

any other ideas?

I got it! No matter what is specified in CurrentMap.dat, TomTom always wants map folder in my documents. So th ething was that my unlock was pointing my documents to Flash disk instead of SD card.... changed this in unlock, and it works....
