@John Dough

As far as i know the moov 370 have tmc on com 1 with 14400 Bd (Gns)
and it will only work with original software SmartST-Ce.

for now i did try it with all kinds off iGO 8/amigo/primo with all kinds of gpstmc.dll's
also the with mireo miomap/cardinale/black edition/spirit versions the tmc do not work.(look like it's working but stays on 108.0mhz)

from a mio site there is a info about tmc for the above but always with 38400 Bd and i thing with a extern tmc device.

i did already a small test to put the firmware from the moov 360 on the 370 device but that did not help. (see below)
as i am curius i did take a look inside the 370 device but the com 1 port is Not wired out to the usb connection for use with a external device.
As i also have a moov 330 With working tmc from external device (com1 38400Bd Gns) i always use this.

look like there is some strange programming inside the SmartST-Ce version as it not have any gpstmc.dll.
maybe the only way around is to convert the com 1 14400 Bd to a virtuaal com 3 or 4 with 38400 BD (BUT HOW?)
or it might be that there is a East. Europe Mio, Mireo device with internal Tmc that have the right settings and gpstmc.dll?

It doesn't matter what it shows inside of IGO8, if you set the value in your sys.txt, that is what it will use on startup. As stated before, the Mio TMC for the new line don't function under any NavNgo products. There is nothing you can do to fix this at the moment. No amount of settings or dll's will fix this.

I'm really sorry, I am returning back to the Mio Software. I tried everything to make it work, but it just didn't.
Thank you all.

Thanks Kener for your testing and comments .
Bob so are you saying that all the navman based Mios will not work TMC at all with Igo so we must wait for a fix ?

I had read previously that the Mireo based Moovs do work with the TMC but maybe I am getting confused (not difficult for a senior!!), I have a C710 also and the TMC is picked up instantly and works fine and it also works perfectly with the same programs Igo8 and Amigo only problem with that is that the TTS does not work.

Yes, go to the Content folder. Make a new folder Userdata (if it doesn't exist already). There make a new folder POI. In this folder you can put new poi's.

I have a question myself. My device is HTC Kaiser. If I start the navigation it says "detecting GPS receiver". I tried to add to the sys.txt:
[gps]
port=4
baud=4800
but then it stop already at the startup screen.

Maybe someone can help me out. Thx

You mean KML files?
But i would like to add points of interest while navigating in real time like in IGO8
