Why are you quoting this dll if it is not there suggest the best one and I will try it , I don't have time to try them all ATM.

The problem appears to be that the usb and the TMC receiver use the same port 1 and that Smart soft disconnects TMC and reconnects USB on exiting Moov program hence no other program can access it.
We need to find a way of reconnecting the port to be able to use it when Moov soft is not being used so obviously someone with more knowledge than me is required , if we keep pooling all our ideas together we may get somewhere or if a Navman smart expert is around perhaps he would lend a hand.

THANKS a lot BUT the file is corrupted.
SOme files inside cannot be unzipped .... si it is for data.zip ....the most important i think !!

Dear friends who are still with TMC problem.

download GNS TMC scan, (Closed Filehost) https://ul.to/n02hwu put it on your SD Card, and run

at first windows choice the TMC hardware which if it is correct the GNS will read the HKLM/drivers/builtIn, then with ok you will go to tunning windows
important, you should be sure have TMC channel in your city, let ( Antenna, Aerial ) conected to your device,

hit >> to start scan,

hope this will help you. the TMC scan are small file run with out any need of dll file.

edit. tried the C dll, and tried dll from mio v3.2
Selects com1
and no matter what button after OK i press it says:
NO reply from Module
and in gray no TMC detected..

open with notepad
at the end of the favorite entry is llll
put the phone number between the ll(xxx)-xxx-xxxxll
save
change to user.upoi

When you check your favorites the phone number will display on the line below the favorites name.

To edit within program is skin issue and I'm sure with a little time it will be available. I have it with Amigo and IGO8...with any new software there is a development curve to get all the bells working again.

Hope you are right.
Still, IGO8 came with much more options then Primo and it was easier to skin it.
I am not sure about Primo if skins like diMka will be made for it.
The POI system is realy bad in Primo and other things are missing for advanced users.
