bongo1:

Every Nav N Go (meaning iGo8, Amigo or Primo) gets content from

* it's own CONTENT folder (if not specified otherwise)
* if specified in sys.txt sdcardpath=, then from this path instead
* it searches for folder called iGo8 and looks for content there. That's why you need following in your sys.txt, to prevent it (works only in Primo): has_secondary_root=0 That tells it not to search for iGo8 folder.

Even so, some things have to remain in local content. i.e. in Amigo, no matter what you specify in your sys.txt, Amigo looks for games in it's own content. I think that Primo also looks for language files (not voices!) from it's own content folder.

Well this stuff is obliged to be more investigated, but as a matter of fact I did the same with Primo, what I have done with AMIGO, put all the stuff into iGO8 content and write sys.txt accordingly. AMIGO is working perfect. Primo is also working perfect, but only once a time, after seond it hungs up at start. Deleting save folder makes it start again. I have a full Primo content on my device, [url]but[/url] without any maps and it is working. For the moment I can not say more

Ok. you guys, mine is now working with the content folder moved to the root of my sd card for Primo and Igo8 to share!!!

All i have in my sys.txt are:

PRIMO;

[folders]
app="%SDCARD%/Primo"
content="%SDCARD%/content"

IGO8;

[folders]
app="%SDCARD%/IGO83"
content="%SDCARD%/content"

NOTE: Had to change Igo8 folder name to Igo83 like somebody here suggested. You can change it to anything but Igo8 otherwise it might crash!!!

I've made some tweaks for the 400 x 240 resolution .data zip being used for my HTC HD.

Changes have been made to roundabout icon alignment issues, speedcam distance, data sizing and some cosmetics. Works fine for me. Download here: http://rapidshare.com/files/396993762/data.zip

Here is my sys.txt. Feel free to use any part of it. You may need to adjust folder settings to suit your preference.

Another top tip: if you want UK English TTS, just copy over TTS_loq folder and all relevant TTS .dll files from iGO8. Use only one TTS voice in voice folder and TTS will work fine.

Also, TMC works fine using HGPSClient 1.0 Beta 9 (courtesy of XDA). Remember to copy over TMC .dll files from iGO8

Question, for HTC HD2 device:
Primo works just fine, but quite often, reports that GPS has been turned off. After about 10 sec, it will turn GPS on again, and continue navigating.
On the same device, iGO8, TT and Garmin work just fine, no problems (meaning that this is not a hardware, or RadioROM issue)

My SYS.txt contains:

[gps]
port=4
baud=38400

What could be the problem ?
Thank you!
