hello to everybody! I would like to say first that I have my really first PDA since yesterday.so I am a newby. I was really surprised when I get it and it came only with the TOM TOM software but no maps and I don't have yet even a mem card. and I am dissapointed about TOM TOM... but!...the good news is that I have the iGO...don't know which version(iGO SE 2007 01 11 ).this means that it's the 2007 version? and have the 2007.01.11 maps to it,but tell me how to share it 'cus I don't have share blogs,and don't even know how to create one.
the other problem is that I tryed to install it,but when the program start I have the message:hardwareIDerror.....
if somebody could help me fixing theese problems,I would appreciate.

What are the differences between iGO June, OCN6 Plus Oct2 and MioMap V3.3 Oct4 ?
Why doesn't exist any VGA skin for MioMap V3.3 PDA ?

I have problem with igo 2006 plus and miomap 3.3 . The program starts normal. Menu is ok. When I plan a route and go to cockpit or map works ok until I touch the screen and then "fatal error occured, restarting". Magellan roadmate 1200.
Any idea?

I've been using iGO without any problems on my O2 Stealth (WM5). I recently got an HTC Touch Dual (WM6), installed iGO exactly how I did on my O2 Stealth but it doesn't seem to work now. I copied the sys.txt file over, but directly after installation, iGO stills searches for contacts. The program then exits within a minute or so.

I read on another thread that MioMap v.3.3 might work better for WM6? I haven't installed it as I'd like to keep using iGO. But if all else fails, I'll give MioMap a go. (No pun intended. )

You must have between maps map called basemap

I can't get a satellite fix on an HTC cruise device. it get stuck and i must soft reset the device.

I installed iGO my way 2006 Plus (June 18 version). I can start the program but when i go to the satellite screen and try to config. the ports and baud or to discover, it get stuck and i have to soft reset the device.
The same iGO version workes fine on HTC kaiser with the same spec. as the cruise.

Tomtom works fine on my device tho...so the gps chip is ok.

Any1 can help?

have you tried to empty the task manager before starting the iGO?

yes i have. still igo get stuck.

any ideas?
