I think iGo8 doesn't read the ypitch correctly.
Should be double of 480: 960

[rawdisplay]
stretch=1 or 0
hires=0 or 1
driver=GX or GDI (little slower)

iGo2006 use to have a [gx] section. Dunno about igo8 yet.
There you could set gx_ypitch=960.
Dunno what values should be. Don't have a 480x272 device.

This is an exploding thread. About 1000 questions in 1 thread. Actually there are around129 pages. No one (except the threadstarter and some companions) can understand exaxtly the original thinking.
How about to split this thread like in the content folder? Maybe like in:
sys.txt options
gps options
tmc options
speedcam options
pda working/ not working options
and maybe sound options ...

This is just a suggestion from me. This is an absolut great forum, but the huge interest for Igo8 must have some opportunities to find information fast.

What do you all think about?

If your Kaiser, is with WM6.1, it is necessary to disable the “HTC Home plugin”


okay i have disable the HTC Home plugin in setting/today/item

Hi buddy2007, it looks very good!

I have some problems with apply nighcolors. I applying daycolors with no problem, but nighcolors doesn't work. I put nightheightcolormap.bmp to iGo8\ui_igo8\common with dayheightcolormap.bmp and I have always daycolors. Even on nightmode.

What is wrong in my configuration?
