Hall guys, first i´m new here:
here is my Problem, i can´t see any buildings (also not in big citys like Berlin or Paris).
i have version 49545 installed, European Maps, enabled 3D Buildings, have the european buildings under Content\buildings installed.
i had a older version from March/April where this was working well.
Does this have anything to do with the texture folder. ( i use this folder from my older version) ???

Any Ideas ????

Excellent release and thanks a million, JM. With the latest release, the RAM on my t-mobile wing is now above 3MB after I-Go started. A 1.5 MB gain compared to the prev. ver. Again, thank you for your continued contribution!

Shouldn't be ..\content\building\ - without "s" at the end ?

Just search for "mcdonald". It shows up as McDonald's. There are 100s of them next to my cursor point.

I just checked for McDonald's in Madison, WI and the nearest one it shows is 44 miles away in South Beloit. Looks like the POIs for McDonald's in WI is messed up.

you might wanna try this in SYS.TXT:

[power]
skip_resume_process=1
skip_suspend_process=1

Cheers

JM could you be so kind to tell us if the 30Jul version you patched, bypasses the SDHC patch check?

Thanks in advance.

P.S.
Asked so that I don't mess up with my painfully restored working version of iGO8

I just installed the sdhc patch on my Ipaq 6915 device and it seems to be working well.
With previous versions the program only starts half and now i can navigate!!!!

ps I use a Sandisk Ultra 4gb sdhc micro SD wit adaptor to mini SD

Thanks for informing me about your results,
It could be anyway risky but i will try it tomorrow.

i was using the june 26 version before without any problem.. installed the jul 30th ver.. everything but rerouting is working it seems. I have mio c320 with simple unlock and running igo8 on the sdhc card. first route seems to find destination fine, but if i go off route, recaculating the route seems to get stuck, though the pna it self isnt frozen.

on a seperate note, can anyone point to me the fastest way to find a route to destination? Usually if i want to go somewhere i have to hit menus, find, and then through poi or address or favorite and touch destination to make it route. that is just so many extra steps, I have failed to find a skin that allow me to go directly to my favorites and route to it immediately. If anyone knows a better one, please enlighten me, maybe I am just being an idiot. :) Thanks everyone

It's now finally possible to switch off my TytnII with igo running. (this failed with all earlier versions)

However it's not flawless. Sometimes, iGO freezes on resume. Also switching off my device when iGO is minimized causes it to go back on and iGO maximizes automatically, But its much better than before anyways!

Has anyone noticed that since the latest stable release (june 24) there's a bug in the screen where you can setup the navigation display (i.e. speed, speedlimit, remaining time, gps time, etc ect). Normally you could pick 3 items for display but now it's only possible to select 2. Remaining distance seems to be on by default. If you select it, it will be displayed twice!

Image

As you can see there are 3 options to select but it allows only 2.
