No, that's regular iGO functionality.

TTS only adds text reading (most common - streets names announcements).

While waiting for official version, I'm was using 8.3.2.64873 on HTC Touch HD. Without any problems.
I did the upgrade to 8.3.2.71348. Same data.zip, same binding.zip, same sys.txt, only took newer igo.exe, rename it as application.dat.
My device asked me for upgrade, yes, and I have the new version. I had to reconfigure GPS port and speed. Found satelites in seconds.
Driving tests will come in the following days.

It's very interesting to me to have treadeth on my MIO 350 fine. I'm not sure what translator you're using, but you should know that "treadeth" isn't an English word so it's not clear exactly what you mean

hey cdmvirt, i got a HTC Jade. Do you think you can give me a copy? also does the version announce street names as well? so i just need to get my own maps otherwise everything is working after I get a copy of your setup?

Until now I've had no problems updating the latest versions on to my Mio P350, however, I tried to update from 8.3.2.64873 to 8.3.2.71348 and hit a problem.

I downloaded and unzipped file ajgo_8.3.2.71348, copied all to a blank SD Card then copied the contents from 8.3.2.64873.

I tapped on Mobilenavigator.exe and after a short time was greeted with "Error.... Program application database cannot be found. Please insert original application SD Card".

I tried again by tapping on iGO8.exe and get the same message.

I then tried copying the Licence files from 8.3.2.64873, still no luck.

I must be doing something wrong but can't think what, can anyone point me in the right direction please? Thanks.

Zarnia, do you get the same message when you switch off/disconnect external power? I've noticed when I switch off I get the same message with 8.3.2.64873, you could have a loose power connector.

just about that contact importing , igo was doing that from very first version even 2006 did it, worked on every pda that came to my hands
