how can I make a program shortcut not to use File Explorer when I want to open iGO on my PDA. Or is there any possibility to have iGO Today as was in previous version? It is also unpossible to add the program to any key as iGO is not tisted in program instaled.

Go to:
\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
and copy any of the files you see there to a folder in your computer
i.e:
Messenger

Than (in the older in your computer) start by changing the name of the file i.e:
Nav N Go iGO 8

than open the file in notepad (you may have to open notepad first and then browse to open the file)


Now clean all the text inside the file and paste:
1#"\Storage Card\iGO8\iGO8.exe"

Off course the path may change but find out first where IGO8.exe is located.

Finally PPC warez is back .

I have one big problem. I am using Polaris/HTC Touch Cruise with latest WM 6.1. I have constantly GPS signal losing. GPS signal (all satelites)just disappear and then is back. About 30 sec I have GPS signal and then is about 30 sec.with no GPS signal. Basicly this software works just fine on my Polaris, but I can't use software because of this GPS signal disappearing problem.
Google maps works just fine, with no GPS signal dissapearing problem. I have 3-7 satelites all the time.
So I think that there is not problem with my device.

Can somebody please help me

I use IGO 8.0xxx version and I have same problem but my device is HTC Diamond with Dutty ROM...Woud the new version of IGO help me or I need to adjust something else...

I think I at least temporarily solved the problem. I changed RADIO on my Diamond and now is something good. I do not know if it harms the device... Thank you for any assistance I hope that the future can help to re-tell.

TMC no longer works (it did in all versions previous to 8.3.1.)

FYI TMC is working for me in the UK. No changes made to the setup - just as d/l'd.

Licences? Are you using the one that came with JM's download?

Does anybody noticed that with this iGO8 version when battery is fully charged it doesn't shows that device using external power supply instead of battery? Problem is with auto shut off. If battery is not full and I put car charger on device after some time when battery is fully charged device goes in standby (10 sec to cancel if I notice this because I'm driving in that moment). So any command in sys.txt to tell igo8 to not use auto shutoff option?

Don't worry about it mate! You've got a warning, but I've got banned from PPCW2 by him for posting the above message

Try deleting the following section from your SYS.TXT:

Can someone help me with restarting problem by pressing standby button?
Is there any fix for this problem?
