I've been running the Jan 7 version on my Mio C320. Everything seems to work fine, except sometimes when resuming from standby, iGo will just restart itself. Has anybody found a definitive fix for this? Right now I have it running entirely from the internal flash memory and it has the same problem. I had it running with the app in internal memory and content on the SD card and it had the exact same restart problem (just igo restarting, not the device itself). Before that, I had the entire app/content running from the SD card and sometimes when resuming from standby, the device itself would restart.

For the "off-road lockup" problem, I found that even with no route planned, as soon as I reached the road, iGO 8 just locked up.

tonton, it means those phrases are not included into language file at all. You can do it yourself - open the file "Lang_YourCountry_Pda.zip/i18n/dictionary.lang" in text editor (unicode must be supported), take existing translations as an example and add any phrases you like (with any translation you like)...

I am sure I have seen a message about the text data being squashed up on the top of the page when you view the TMC data, but just can not find it now, does anyone know how to right this problem?

I am running 8.3.2.71348 on a HTC Diamond with 240x320 resolution.

Guys, I have the latest modified data.zip from the forum, with the 800x480 dir, and I would like to run igo8 in the native resolution of my Touch HD but I'm not getting this right...
I usually get black bars on the sides or the display way to zoomed and cut...
Can anyone help me??

I had the same problem. Try to change the data.zip and the branding.zip files. After changing these files, the problem has disappeared.

i found one bug: no matter which data.zip or branding.zip use, when try run v8.3.2.71348 with SpeedCams West & East Europe for iGO 8 : 06-01-2009 on device with free 30-40 mb ram got error for not enough memory

same problem is with SpeedCams -FULL EU- for iGO8 - 31.01.2009 (Countries listed)

Someone got the a new AUTORUN.EXE or a new 2577 Folder for the automatic installation of iGO? When I copy past the new version, it runs, but my PDA buttons are not allocated to the functions of iGO. So i need to install it with the installer. The old one from 8.0.xxx version does not work, always want to upgrade. Thanx a lot!

Has anyone had random times where TTS doesn't work? I'm using it on a Touch Pro and sometimes the TTS won't work when I start iGo8 and the only way to get them back is a soft reset.

EDIT: Nevermind, after reading through the TTS thread, it seems to be a common issue with no real fix except for a soft reset.

I have the same problem as dxdy.
If i add the speedcams.txt like the dxdy mentioned and load igo then i also get the error message about not enough memory.
It works only with the older speedcam.txt file all others fails.
Hope someone have a solution for this.

Any news on that off-road lockup problem? I am having that as well. Using latest data.zip though, doesn't solve the problem at all. Also doesn't matter if I use default or gurjon skin.
