restart problem on my c320. 8.3.2.64837 is ok.. but when i change IGO8.exe with new version 8.3.2.71348 when i suspend and then resume, igo8 restarts(only igo8 not the device).

I just bought HTC Diamond Touch and i just put IGO8 v8.3.2.64873 and when i start it, i get an error " Program application database cannot be found. Please insert orgiginal application SD card " . Can sum 1 help me to get it work ? Thnz a lot ...!!!

I have a touch pro and I insalled the 8.3.2.71348. Everything works fine by starting the app from the Mobilenavigator.exe. However, no matter what I try, I cant get the TTS to work. i have dloaded the latest TTs files for 8.3.2.x but still no joy. I do however get verbal directions like "turn left" or "turn right" when I pick the tts voice. It just never says the actual street names. The directions for installing the TTS voices mention that I need to uninstall and then reinstall igo8 for the voices to register. However, this 8.3.2.71348 release does not give me an option to install. I launch it from the Mobilenavigator.exe file. Does anyone know how i can actually install this and get the TTS to work.

Dont know if this has been discussed already, but in the UK, when using the 8.3.1.64181(Nov 8 2008) for PNA release, the exit signs are either green for main roads or blue for motorways (UK standard signage).
If using either the v8.3.2.64873 (Nov 13 2008) or the v8.3.2.64029 (Nov 7 2008) - official retail R3 PDA version, ALL of the exits signposts are the blue motorway style signs. Does anyone know if its possible to change the later versions to show either green or blue as per the 64181 release.
I am using the default skin so its not a custom skin thats changed it.
It appears to be that any PNA version will show the blue/green signage & any PDA version will show blue only signs

How do i switch back to default-day scheme ? I can do it from the settings panel but the guiding dart remains BLACK....and i don't like it a bit

just DELETE the default-day scheme from your scheme folder and restart. Then choose the default day scheme if it isn't already selected (yes, it will still be there as an option in iGO, even if you delete the file in your schemes folder) and the arrow colors should be back to normal.

Hi guys,

Could you please help me to fix the next bug? I'm using IGO 8.3.2.64029 on my HTC Kaiser and if I run IGO with maximum "backlight always on" after exiting the program the device backlight on maximum as well. I tied to fix this bug inserting

but the bug keeps still changing my device backlight. I'm wondoring does anybody has any idea to fix this bug because with my previous IGO 8.0.0.54000 wasn't any problem.

As of 8.3.2.71348, iGO doesn't seem to want to save my data. When I exit the program or shutdown my device, the next time I start it, all the changes I made last time around are wiped clean -- all settings are reverted to their previous values, all new history items are dumped, all the new POIs and favorites I've added disappear, and so forth. I've tried deleting my "save" folder and starting fresh, but that had no effect; I've tried reinstalling the application from scratch, but that, too, had no effect. Am I doing something wrong here? Or is the new version simply a dud?

Resolved. Apparently, even when the app folder is specified in sys.txt, iGO doesn't like being in \My Flash Drive\Program Files\iGO8. Moving it back to \My Flash Drive\iGO8 did the trick.

i tried to change only branding, .exe and license file and now seems to be ok (data.zip not changed from 8.3.2.64837 version) .

v8.3.2.71348 working fine on my Ipaq hw6915, only one problem, every time I run IGO it asks if I want to install it ! If I click No it then works fine.... any clues ?

Just wish there was a wider range of skins for the 240x240 screens like this has, but at least its working

Ok. after downloaded ALL iGO versions - i just can't get it to work.
i have HTC Touch HD, and when trying to run the software it just displays the welcome screen and then nothing happens.
Does anyone can tell me how to install this on HTC Touch HD?
