I have a Mio C720, I installed the SW Nav N Go iGO v8.3.1.57021 on my SD card, everything works fine but I have this Wake up nerving problem. I havent activated the animation, I tried too with deleating the Save folder but its the same .I tried with with exe from 3.09 release but everytime I go out and go in the program it restarts. And an another problem: it didnt recognise my TMC. This SW has no ui_igo8 folder?

I'm living in Thionville, and the only way to get an address is with zip code, but I would appreciate to be able to chose with city name, it's faster. By the way, same problem with YUTZ (0), Hayange (1) and all towns arround Thionville.

Pas de probléme particulier tu peux entrer le code postal ou le nom de la ville recherché dans"chercher l'adresse" .

In the search for streets, certain city are incomplete, it misses 90% of streets.
On the other hand it are present in mode seeks map.

Example on the town of Reims - France:

On the left 8.3.1.57021 - on the right 8.0.0.54000



Seek on map 8.3.1.57021 it is OK:



Is there a solution? or idea ?

name of the city | number with version 8.3 | number version 8.0 |

You searched and some other cities in other large countries (Germany, Italy, Spain) ???
Or only the map of France is wrong !!!
Or only part of the EAST !!!
I see that @visiteur57 has problems with Luxembourg !!!
I do not think has IGO8 error, I think the map has errors !!!

The installation works without problems on acer n50 premium with Windows Mobile 2003 SE. Are the everywhere the problems with the maps of Nav N Go iGO v8.3.1.57021?

i just download this new version of igo8 but when i trart the program i have an error message regarding my resolution screen.
i have an samsung i780 (320x320 screen).
the old version is work perfect.

First of all, thank you to JetMouse for all the effort!

I've been trying for a few days to get this version working, but I (almost) allways get stuck at «Mainview Init» screen...
The 1st/2nd times I run it, it works ok, but after that I cannot start it...
Previous version allways ran well on my qtek 2020i, with TTS, 4 maps...

I tried to leave only one map and managed to start successfully a few more times, but the next day it wold get stuck again...

Anyone had this problem?

Thanks to all you guys for all the trouble you get into for making our lives a little bit easier!!!

Now to my problem. I installed the complete pack 8.3.1.* with all the maps and all the pois etc etc on my Samsung Omnia with Manila2D rom from modaco.

The problem is that it stops at initialising warning data and just hangs the device.

Has anyone experienced this?

I use IGO 8.0xxx version and I have same problem but my device is HTC Diamond with Dutty ROM...Woud the new version of IGO help me or I need to adjust something else...

Quick test on big city in the Est of France :
Strasbourg 7 ==> 300
Metz 14 ==> 300
Nancy 3 (!!) ==> 300
Troyes 00 ==> 300

Any idea JM ??.
