I'm having a problem with the unit doing a soft reset on shutdown. Im using the nav_sep25_tts_fix . i have deleted the save folder and and turned off the ants . still rebooting ... any fix for this ??

Not sure if this will work but, have you tried this in your sys.txt?

-Use POI from 2007.07 (071010)
-Use NAVTEQ 2008Q2 content

Thanks, this works.( did not try to use older pois, do the work ?) Any chance to have the same fix for Sept 25 version? And one question (sorry if was already posted), how do you show the building numbers on the street (like in 8.0.0).

I also just tried version 56007 and it works fine with respect to the restart issue (plus has all the fun multimedia extras). That doesn't fix the poor POI selection included with the new USA maps.

After first time setup (language,voice,eula) the application quits and restarts every time. Asus P320 and P526 both WM6.1

Has anyone got the TMC working on version 8.31 with U.K map, I am picking up the TMC stations via a GNS receiver, but after three days doing 300 mile not one traffic alert?? the cars built in system, is picking up traffic information but not one warning on the I-Go

Tcfuk, I have TMC working with 8.3.1 in the UK. I had exactly the same problem as you, getting TMC signal but no traffic alerts. Kram, one of the posters here, turned me on to the solution. You need a different license file. I managed to find a working one on the newsgroups so I can't say if you can find a working one here. The non working license file I had was Abis PNA EEU@0807. I now seem to have 5 license files so I can't say which works.

I have a feeling that JM may have resolved this and relinked to a working version for download on the front page of this thread but I could be wrong on that one.

I copy all needed new IGO8 files (also new "igo.exe" with suitable "miomap.exe.id") on "My Flash Disk". When I click on Icon "MioMap", IGO is starting, on screen apperar: "INIT API" - then program exit. With version v8.0.0.5400 this metod (with "miomap.exe.id") perfect working. What is the problem with new IGO8? This version required new method? (From SD-Card new IGO8 work well with C720.) Thanks all idea!
