How does this license thingy work?
I got the old september version, deleted the new license and copied the old license in the license folder. no luck.

Any suggestions? I am running an xperia x1.

I can't see anything in the menus to set this, perhaps there is a sys/ini file somewhere where this might be an option?

0. Get a registry editor, even TotalcmdCE(http://ghisler.fileburst.com/ce/tcmdpocketarm.cab) will do the job.
1. Pair the GPS with the Ipaq.
2.Connect the GPS to the Ipaq.
3.Open the registry, go to \HKLM\Software\Widcomm\BtConfig\AutoConnect\000n(where n is your com #),
and create a new DWORD key called BtBrowserEnabled, and give it the value 0 (zero).
4. Soft reset.
5. All set, your iPAQ should connect the BT GPS any time you need it, or if the GPS isn't available, won't crash
your BT stack on the iPAQ.

Thank you, I will try that.

I have been using the R3 releases on CE 5.0 so just try it and see.

@sergo:
all known versions of R3 are running without problems on MIO C520/C720 under WinCE 5.0 .NET - both from My Flash Disk and Storage Card. :D

Well, try IGo 8.3.1.57021 version. I think it's the most stable R3 release for Win CE 5 devices.

No problems - just the odd 'out of memory' issues.

But, mostly, it works OK :)

Thanky, I am going to try the one you suggested!:)

Thanks daskino
what is the link to the thread
and password for rar archive.

I found a thread for Garmin software specially hacked for Win CE
but iGO thread says Windows Mobile only, no mention of CE,
maybe OP can modify the first post to clarify the issue?

So there's not a single fix for the parking lot / off road bug? This makes the application pretty much useless. :?

Here's the thing from my point of view...

This bug appears to be Map related. I live in Australia and regularly drive far enough off the road for iGO to lose the road and drive through 'nothing'.

Then when I rejoin the road iGO simply recalculates and continues on. This is with 8.3.2.64029PDA & 8.3.2.71438PNA

I was using 8.0 and it was working great but attempted to run 8.3, since doing this my GPS cannot connect to any satellites, anyone have any idea how to fix this?
