Which one do you mean?
Versions 79xxx and 83xxx do immediately go into standby again on wakeup - downgrade to any earlier version to circumvent this; there's no setting or other workaround!

Does anyone know how to make the position arrow smaller? I use Gurjon skin and if I wanted to use car icons instead of the arrow you can see arrow under the car.
I also have white outline on the arrow. How do I get rid of that?

This line is not necessary.
Instead, use this line:

You can also play with the numbers to make the arrow as big and as small as you want.

Can anyone alse tell me if their "Road Signs" on A roads in the U.K are shown in Blue, I know the Motorway ones should be blue but the A roads were green in earlier versions I do not know if the skin I am using has changed thing?

I am having problems with this on my HTC Touch HD as the GPS keeps disconnecting every few seconds during a journey

I'm not sure if its the software or the phone as both are new but I never had a problem with previous igo versions running on my last phone which was HTC TyTN II. Has anyone else had a similar problem?

Hi friends, i have a serious problem. Last week i bought a chinese GPS with igo 8.0.. software and map. I installed amigo and Saturday, everything was good. But on Sunday the GPS started to can't connect to satellites. Then i installed igo 8.3... april version. I can see the GPS can find satellites, there r 6-7 satellites but they r all red, they don't turn yellow or green. I tried every baud rate and port numbers, i tried to install new firmware but still my GPS is not working. I m waiting 10-15 min. at clear area but nothinp happens, all satellites r red . I asked a solution from seller but he didnt help me. Please help me friends, i can't use my item .

I have a PNA devise APEX 4311 with IGO8 8.3.2.79297 i have some Europe maps with all 3dl & 3dc files in building folder and Europe_NASA.dem in dem folder but when i load the map i don't get the 3D buildings for Israel i have this file in building folder Israel_Landmark_for_YF_64MB_devices and i get the 3D Buildings. could be memory problem? i don't find this kind of option for Europe.

I have noticed that while using Magellan skin with igo 8.3.x.. the music player doesn't change to night mode during night.
The map/navigation screen shows the darker colors in night to make it easy to drive but music player screen is bright.

Anybody knows a solution for this? How to switch the media player skin to night mode automatically?

The OASYS (media) portion of the magellan skin does not have separate schemes for day/night modes, so you would see it exactly the same for day or night. However, if you are using a lower brightness level for night mode, that lower brightness level is applied as well to the oasys interface, so your media player should be less bright at night.
