Guys after the upgrade I get hit with "program application database cannot be found" , i tried to go back to old versions , that did not help

Try deleting the sys.txt file.

edit: When I choose "get updates", I get the error message:
"Error loading file:i18n/naviextras.xhtml"
If there's another language file I should be using, I don't see any on this forum.

what version you use for experia,please give a link

8.3.2.83157 works fine on X1.
You may wish to try the latest one 8.3.2.91972.

I'm using 8.3.2.64029 version. (Nov 7 2009)
The colour of the guidence arrow is black.
Can I change it to orange (like in other versions)?

That is of course one way (i.e. manually changing the colors to whatever you want), but if you just want to go from black back to the default orange, the simplest way of doing this is just deleting the "Default-Day.zip" color scheme from the "scheme" folder...

This is again working just fine. I only have one small problem on my PNA: Whatever I am doing, the version info is still showing 8.3.2.80621 (Mar 10 2009). Is this normal?

New problem. With this new version iGO8 resets every time I remove power source (car or usb). I had this problem couples of versions ago but not with recently versions. I use april data.zip with may28 igo8.exe.
Regarding Update button, I use Lang_english_PDA but I still receive that error : ""Error loading file:i18n/naviextras.xhtml""

Some optimizations are made for PDA, others for PNA. Just a guess.
Every version try to patch known issues and probably generate new ones.
Nothing is failproof.

Later edit: Shall I wait for PDA version iGo8 8.3.2.87762? Is there a chance to see it working?

If your referring to your post, it doesn't include any actual files. You simply said that I should use the "PDA" language file. Considering that all recent releases have been with no content, where am I supposed to find a language file that includes "naviextras.xhtml"?

This is happening when i want to change rez in sys.txt from this resolution_dir="480_234" to resolution_dir="480_800".

Unfortunatelly, this was my main hope for this new version. Not reseting when power source switches off or it is removed. But I want to point that I have this problem even with the April version! So it is not a new problem. I have an Asus R300 PNA with Miopocket on it and IGO8 April version and when I stop the car's engine -so,implicitly, the power source stops- the PNA resets. Any ideas?

on HTC POLARIS work

2577 we used the previous veriunea and I renamed igo.exe in application.dat

On Medion MD96700 the new version (skin GJ4.6) works without problems!
