Hi,

I'm using iGO8 on my IPAQ h4350 pocket pc with a bluetooth gps mouse and i have noticed
that i first have to establisch a bluetooth connection between the 2 devices before starting iGO8.
If i start iGO8 first and iGO8 starts the bluetooth manager than the bluetooth connection diconnects
within the first minute!
Anyone experience the same problem and is there a solution for this?

Hello,

Can anyone please help me?

I have HTC Diamond with IGO R3 SERIES - V8.3.2.80612 (Mar 10 2009)

The problem is that everytime I run IGO, the GPS indicator is always on and off, I think that this bug is directly connected with the device backlight, because if I put the backlight always on, after a soft-reset I can run IGO application normally.
I would like to know if there is any solution, because it is very annoying to have to make a soft-reset to the device everytime I want to use IGO.

Thanks in advance for your help

BR

For all those that have the reset problem -when the car's engine stops or when you press standby button on device when iGo8 is running),

There are two ways of "solving" this problem:
1. One, that solves all the problems, even on latest Miopocket 3.0 r48, is to use iGO8_PDA_R1_Patch_3_8.0.0.88902 version. To work on PNA, just rename application.dat in iGO8.exe and copy in license folder some licenses from an older iGO 8.0.x version. It solves the reset on power off/usb off problem and even the reset/restart after pressing the power button while running iGO8 and pressing that button again, to exit standby. (Notice: It is a R1 version, so it uses R1 maps, not R3/Amigo maps; there are new maps for R1, R1 is still supported by NavNGo.)
2. If you want to run R3/8.3.2.x version of iGO8, use the november 13 version, v8.3.2.64873. It will solves almost nothing, but it will give you 8 seconds in wich you can exit iGO8 and avoid resarting Miopocket software. Unfortunately, it will still reset on exiting from standby if you pressed the standby button on device while running iGO.

RicSan, you should try the latest versions of iGO8(links in original posts stopped working, so I uploaded on new links untill Twingo, JetMouse or SkyRocker reupload on new links):

1.

AND

2.
UPDATE - Nav N Go iGO8 v8.3.2.91972 (May 28 2009)

See wich one works better. Notice that both of them are free of content(maps, poi, buildings, language, voices). For these one you should read: MAPS and Speedcams/Voices/Others.
