I have a MIO MOOV device with an internal TMC antenn but IGO8 doesn't find the port, protocol and baud transfer

but I agree it would be nice to have changelog every once in a while. Because we dont notice any difference between versions.

There is no official changelog supplied from NNG.
I try to keep my personal list updated with every observation (regarding only the EXEs), but I only supply it on our German forum:

And you are right: there are not many changes in the last versions; sometimes only the DATA.ZIP differs, which leads NNG to increase the version number in the EXE as well (especially in PDA versions).

It's a PNA version (supports TTS but no contact import), but you could run it on PDA as well.
Take another 2577 folder and rename iGO8.EXE to application.dat ...

No installation is needed, just copy the new iGO.exe in your iGO directory that's all.
