Somebody said this version able to handle the truck option, which is a lot more than
a skin.And I hope some one working on a license for truck option. Those are what I'm trying to ask. Thanks anyway..

igo8 has no real truck option........everybody can add truck option into data.zip but it's useless.......

hi i don't know if someone found the same bug as i did but when typing in the search or to name a poi or favorite, my gps keeps on showing this little square instead of the regular cursor and puts a bigger square in between whichever letters you typed earlier, while searching for a place it is not a big issue but in free typing, like naming a poi it gets annoying...
other than that works like a charm

I have tried to install in my HTC Touch Cruise (P3650) the iGO8, but it hangs after I have accepted the EULA contract. To reboot the device I must remove the battery.
Any ideas?

Hi, my PNA with IGO_8.3.4.102680 has 2 problems. When I exit program or shut down PNA, next time I start iGO, it resets itself, so I have to set up voice, GPS port and my favorites. Also when I try to save the settings, it say it did, but when I try to restore it fails.
Any clues?

Igo writes all your settings into the "Save" folder.
Look and see if you have such a folder located in the Igo directory.

If you don't, check to see if the lock on your sd card is "off"

If you do, delete that save file. It may be corrupted.
When you restart the program, Igo will create a new Save folder and write your saved settings there.

it may be a memory problem, try putting this in your .sys file to stop the EULA running

1. if I use your data file, I am unable to run the other skins. I can only run the default skin
2. If I put the old data file about 33k, I get an error message at bootup FFuierror: unknown object identifier

The default August data.zip uses ui_igo8_da in data.zip. You have two choices.

1. Find a skin written for the new version eg. the diMkaMegaduckDA skin
2. Replace the data.zip with the data.zip v10b. (This will work but loses any new functionality eg. driver alerts)
