Differences with the previous IGO 8.3.4 of august2009? I think not so much, so why is everbody excited then by downloading this. I am also an IGO fan, but they don't make that much of updates so I'm thinking to go to TomTom...

I think not (?) because it was derived from a PNA version. But TTS is working instead. :)

@Ugurovic
You don't need to download the new version, nobody forces you to do so. :D

It is more than enough for iGO to run.
Behavior you describe (lack of welcome screen) suggests either wrong path pointing to branding.zip or corrupted file itself.
For a complete picture - when there are issues with data.zip file, iGO displays welcome screen and fails during loading; also (mostly) without any error message.
I would suggest to verify settings (mainly paths) you have in your sys.txt file then.
My (working under WM6.5) settings are:
[folders]
app="%SDCARD%/iGO8"
save="%SDCARD%/iGO8/save"

[device]
SDCard_dsk_num=7

Please note, that you can have TWO sys.txt files - one on SD card and second (a working copy) in a main memory (program files\igo8). Of course, iGO uses this second one

PM me if you need more information/assistance
