i can get it to work with my xperia x1 but it doesnt auto rotate. when i open the keboard it stays portrait. only way is to reset the app to go to landscape. is there a way i can get it to auto rotate when i open the keypad?

Check in sys.txt file for this:

I'm trying to find the UUID code it generates the code, but I can't see the complete 20 characters screen seems to be shifted to the right. I can read 18 1/2 characters in landscape mode. I get about half that in portrait mode. I'm using a Dell x51v with 128 meg RAM upgrade the OCN8 version is 8.3.2.97313. Do you have any suggestions on how I can get the complete UUID code?

Hi ! Need a little help here . I have a navigon 3300 , i used the "pna support" file for this device and installed iGO8. Everything works fine, except the fact that it cannot find the gps receiver-so it works only offline. I also tried to edit the sys. file with gps port and baud but...no luck. Since it's not about luck ... it has to be about science. Can anyone help me ?! Thank you !

why hasnt there been any map updates for usa in over a year? im confused

This has just happened recently, and was never an issue, but for some reason, every time now that I exit Igo on my Touch Pro 2, the top info of the phone (time, signal strength, battery level) is replaced by part of the igo login/logoff screen...If I try and do anything that requires 2-3 steps, phone freezes to the point of not even being able to shut it off. I have soft resetted, hard resetted, cleared all info. from the "saved" folder, and still the same issue...

It's working on HTC HD2(480x800, or 800x480 resolution).
With proper maps, will work also with USA, Canada, or other R3(8.3 maps).
You could see now only Hungary as a country, because maybe has inside only the Hungary map!!
You need the maps, POI's and other files for the countries you want to use, or to travel.

don't u think anybody will be happy to find the info they seek on one page.
if u think it's right to make a page with "Latest GPS Navigation Software Releases"
so it has to be one page with links and not one page with links to 456 pages for one software

ALL THE LINKS ARE IN THE FIRST PAGE OF THIS TOPIC...THEY CONTAIN THE LATEST GPS NAV SOFT... So the info is on 1 page. Half of the remaining 456 pages are full of people asking where they can find links to the software, where they can find the maps etc...then the other remaining half are real guestions/problems and answers to/from people concerning this software...

No igo for Symbian yet. Try with Garmin XT.

Supported OS for iGO8 are: WindowsMobile (CE), iPhone, Android.
Symbian is not yet supported.
For Symbian is the best Sygic has maps from Tele Atlas
