Does anybody knows what sys.txt entry I have to place in order to see always the horizont while navigating.

I'm using landscape mode with 800x480 and each time after smartzoom or going to menu I have to use the up arrow in the zoom mode to change the horizontal alignment in the 3d view to see the horizont again.

Any clue for this?

I'm not sure I have completely understood you, but if you meant to the tilt level of the map, this can be locked and saved as explained in pages 52-53 of iGO8's manual - http://navngo.com/content/language/eng/dl/UM/iGO8_UserManual_English_US.pdf.

Smart zoom settings can be accessed and configured as instructed in iGO8's manual, or by popular skins (like diMka Specter or GurJon), or by the following settings in sys.txt:
Code: Select all[smartzoom]
restore_smartzoom_on=1
enabled=1
enabled2d=1
;use2d is to use separate smartzoom for 2d and 3d. Once this is implemented in a UI it should be set to 1.
use2d=1
minzoom=60
maxzoom=250
auto_follow_on=1
autozoom_coord=200
autozoom_address=100
autozoom_cos=200
auto_follow_time=10
auto_smartzoom_time=8
zoom_after_find=1
default_visibility_altitude=4000
overview=0
overview_zoomlevel=10000
overview_distance=20000
minangle=8
maxangle=85

sorry for dumb question, but how to disable AGPS????
thanks in advance...

Not a dumb question at all.
You need to install Schaps Advanced Config (look it up in XDA, current version is 3.3).
You'll find many settings there, one of them is turning on/off the AGPS.

What exactly is it that you see in IGO8 in the GPS setup screen?
If AGPS is ON, then in that screen there's a checkbox "use GPS" that can't retain the checkmark (ie - if you mark it with "use GPS" and exit the screen, when you reenter the screen - the checkmark will be gone. Thas is a sure sign thet you need to turn AGPS OFF in the registry).

Cut your sys.txt to another folder (not IGO) Then start igo
What is happening?
----
Schneide die sys.txt aus; in einen anderen Ordner (nicht igo). Starte dann igo ohne sys.txt

was passiert?

I am sorry but i don't understand it???

Is there a setting to reduce the lag of gps?

When iGo calculates new route to a destination, it can be done quickly (and good enough) or examining all possibilities and turns on map to find optimum route (time consuming). I use max. correctness because it's not to slow (around 5sec for 1000km route) on my device...
