Hi! I have just the same problem as yours on my Mio M400. Don't know how to solve.
By the way, iGO 8 runs well, without this problem unlike Amigo.

Try it:

In the sys.txt liaring for the igo where is the sdcard:

Like: If your inside memory is "My Flash Disk" and if your igo is in the "Amigo" folder (My Flash Disk\Amigo) try in the sys.txt under the app=... row and add the app=... row too if you have not app=... row.

app="My Flash Disk\Amigo"
sdcardpath="My Flash Disk\Amigo"

-------------------------------------

If previous tipp not working use this:

Because you Amigo restarting if you quit, disabled the quit, and enabled the minimzed:

[interface]
show_exit=0
show_minimize=1

Hi everybody,

I'm using amigo 8.4.2.95590 on my HTC HD2. Ok, I haven't tested to much at the moment, because it took nearly a week to get it work. Unfortunately, it runs only in landscape mode, not portrait. I've tried every possible setting in my sys.txt (this is, what I think, because I've studied this board during getting it to work), but always I can read, that the resolution of 480x800 isn't supported. So, the reason for this must be my data.gro, which doesn't support this resolution. Has anybody a working data.gro for using portrait mode on 480x800-screens?

Thanx

Is there any way of disabling the "keep position on road" feature of iGO Amigo?

In iGO8 there was a setting for that, but in Amigo there is not. I couldn't find a way
of doing this in sys.txt. Any help would be much appreciated!

Only if you could try by stretching in the sys.txt

1.-For landscape mode:

[interface]
resolution_dir="400_240"

[rawdisplay]
screen_x=800
screen_y=480

2.-For Portait mode

[interface]
resolution_dir="240_400"

[rawdisplay]
screen_x=480
screen_y=800

And for this your data.gro should have 400x240 and 240x400 resolution

Nothing NEW, after 95590.
It is previous version for Amigo, iGO8.4.2_88473, which is not posted here and is not "free".
I have asked SkyRocker, if he want to "arrange" it, but no answer till now, ..... since September. :-?
