Have downloaded 10 parts from the 17 parts and now I get: "The uploader has removed this file from the server"...?

I downloaded and installed 8.3.1 to my SD card on my HTC touch. When I run iGo it tells me it "failed to open file iGo\240_320\loading.bmp"
Any had this problem and now how to fix it?

Replace "my device\program files\igo8\igo8.exe" with "storge card\igo8\igo8.exe"
