Again, those signs are NOT telling where to exit, they're telling you what lane to be in. Look at the arrows - for example, on the left there will be 3 grayed out arrows. That means stay out of the 3 leftmost lanes.
The data on the signs is just a visual cue to let help you orient yourself in those lanes. There's usually a similar sign or indication on the road, and that helps you line up where to be.
There will be a separate and specific notification telling when to actually exit the highway.
