Today I discovered that the France map is indeed corrupted.
Spain and Slovenia are not.

The problem I encounter is that after copying about 35% of the file from my PC to the PPC, the file transfer is aborted (without any error message), and restarts.
This happens again and again, on 2 different PCs.

[Edit 16/8/07]
It seems that the map is OK, after all.

For some reason, I was unable to copy it from 2 different PCs to my pocket directly, using the standard cradle (one PC has USB 1, the other USB 2).

This morning I tried copying it using a USB 2 card reader, and voila! it worked.

So the apparent conclusion is that above certain file sizes, it's better (and obviously faster) to copy the files using a card reader.

I had no problems at all copying other large files (eg UK, Italy, Australia).

Hello guys! Can anybody tell me, which the newest Croatia map is? I've found the 070612 release, and it looks like the latest map version. But the new part of the highway isn't on it. Could anybody recommend me another map/programme? Thanks in advance.

Hello guys,

I actually have TomTom v6 (PDA version) with Western Europe map and I would like to try iGo (it looks great).
I searched on this forum and on Google but I can't find a precise answer. Is there any full map of Europe (2007 prefered) for iGo or do we need to download each country map seperately?

How to plan a European trip to drive through 3-4 different countries? Would it be the same as on my Tomtom with Western Europe map or will I need to change the map every time I cross a border?

Thanks a lot.

1. Need to download each country map seperately and install.
2. Don't need to change the map every time when cross a border.
3. You can plan a European trip to drive through 3-4 different countries without change the map every time when cross a border.
4. When you search the address through in the 3-4 different countries - need only change the country in search menu.

I've got another question finally!
If I download most European countries maps, do I still need the map "Major Roads of Europe" or is this map made for those who does not have all countries maps?

Thanks again.
