i familiar with the zip method, of course i unzip/unrar it once, then put into the "skin" folder.
it's not reasonable to be a resolution issue - those skins ("diMkaspecter108" for example) support 480*272 resolution as my Mio C320 works with.

Hi, I would really like to use a new skin, but I the problem is that I have a Xperia with a screen resolution of 800x420. As far a I know there are no skins available for this resolution with version number 8.3.2.64873.

Some of you have suggested running iGo on 400x240, but than this happens:

If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it!

Maybe your data.zip is not ok, did you try other data.zip's?

Also, did you run a chkdsk on the SD card? try to also format it and copy all the files back. My SD card got corrupt and some files that showed up ok during listing of the directory weren't ok when opened and iGO wouldn't work. I did a chkdsk (with fix automatically option checked) and iGO worked after that on my PDA.

Make sure you set the res in sys.txt to 400x240 and highres=1:

Code: Select all[interface]
resolution_dir="400_240"

[rawdisplay]
class="landscape"
highres=1
screen_x=800
screen_y=480

1. Stopped the speed indicator on the Nav screen from turning red when "Warn when Speeding" is off.
Changed the script so that the speed no longer disappears when stationary.
2. Added settings, variable and scripts so that house numbers will only show within a set distance of the destination.
3. Clicking the turn icon will repeat the last command
4. Adds option to show route summary - Goes to the Plan Map after selecting a POI, HISTORY or FAVORITE.
5. When selecting destination from the cursor menu, it will automatically minimize the cursor menu.
6.Fixes to Plan Mode screen

I would like to ask you something.
I see that the filed "time to next maneuver" , depends on how is you speed. If your speed increase , the time decrease etc. But the "estimate time destination" it doesn't depends on you speed. For example if it says that you need 3 minutes to arrive and decrease you speed , it continues says that you need 3 minutes. Can we add a field that the ETD depends on your speed like the "time to next maneuver" ?

Thanks!

LolitaDamore,

Because version of skin name of skin (probably untested and buggy) and your resolution known only to you.
