IIRC registermodel is used to register the variable as a permanent (In this case) value that should survive restarting the app.

I can't see anything wrong with that code, although I'm no guru...

Perhaps look in the diMka skin and see how he has handled the bluetooth button.

Thanks for the reply. Won't permanent also have the variable persists even after restart? I don't get why some have permanant some don't have. I will read diMka script to get an idea.

example of custom model:

In this example layer xxxxx visible in case that mymodelvar > 5 and daylight color scheme used.


Generally we need register model to attach it to some object(s) and make igo carry up changes of objects and variable together.

That explained a bit why sometimes the variable is prefixed with ui. sometimes not. How about the command like: "1 xxx_command" , what is the use of "1"? Thank you.

i use omnia with igo 8.3.3.73871
my skins: default, kikker ,gj6.0p.
with default & kikker no problem to navigate after putting all destination deatails.
with gj6.0p i put all destination deatails, it will show me destination on the screen butit eill not navigate.
if i start to navigate with default or kikker skin and than change to gj6.0p (or dimka) it will accept and navigate to the sama address
but will not accept anew address.

any idea ? solution?

Melnorm you must get in the short menu settings and set the fuel there ..... then window navigation access this shortcut.
