I have a htc raphael and my problem is that navigon works with the pda fullscreen exe from first page.
but no panorama view :-(

with the original exe i have no graphics, only white letters on blackscreen (no navigating arrow, no graphics) but panorama view will work with the original exe.

can anybody help to let mn 7.4 work with pda and panorama view?

This is great! Thanks DJ Genius. I do have another problem though...First of many I guess!
On Executing NAVIGON.EXE I am getting the following error:

Exception: 0xC0000005
Address: 001575A4

Any ideas?
Thanks

Hi folks,

is it possible with MN 7.4 version @ PDA to use outlook contacts?
If I click on "import contact" my favorite contacts are displayed.

Did I miss some parts of this release?

Yes, it's posssible!

You have to use "Navigon Sync" which you can download here: http://navigonusa.com/sync/Setup_Sync.zip

I still cannot start the damn "MN7.mscr".
When I am looking at the script, I see fisrtly it closes "ssp.exe" (whatever that is), then copies the fonts, sets the registry and tries to run:
RunWait "\Storage Card\Navigon\Navigon.exe"
Run ("\My Flash Disk\Navigation\ssp.exe")

What is that? How was that "ssp.exe" supposed to end up in "\My Flash Disk\Navigation\". That folder was never created by any of the starting scripts. Should I create that folder? Those files were not included in the software release. How come?

Or is it because I am running WinCe 4.2?

MN7.4.0 @ PDA - Reconnect USB-Power

We all know these settings:

When you are running this on a PDA, change this in your ApplicationSettings.xml:
<ExitBehaviour>0</ExitBehaviour>
<USBModeExitBehaviour>0</USBModeExitBehaviour>
<SDCardInsertBehaviour>4</SDCardInsertBehaviour>
<SDCardRemovedExitBehaviour>4</SDCardRemovedExitBehaviour>
<DisclaimerExitBehaviour>0</DisclaimerExitBehaviour>
<NoGPSExitBehaviour>6</NoGPSExitBehaviour>

ExitBehaviour
0: clean quit
1: suspend device
2: suspend device & reset after resume
3: minimize MN7
4: terminateProcess
5: reset device
6: ignore
7: Standby

Is it possible that the PDA automaticly comes back from Standby, when USB has power again. At MN7.4. settings I defined "Automatic Standby" 30 sec. after Power loss.

My PDA is installed in my car and when I start the car, USB has power again and it would be great if the PDA wakes up automaticly.

Thanx Frepke,
well this is quite a nice tool to sync with your outlook contacts from your Laptop or PC but it is useless en route.
Using a PDA you can not transfer the contact from outlook to MN7 directly. You have to use a PC.

When you've used Navigon Sync, your synced contacts are on your Storage Card and visible in Navigon (my contact list is always the same, so it's perfect for me).

Hope you find a better/other solution.

@Frepke

yes this seems to be a good solution if you copy all of your outlook contacts.
At my first try I selected some contacts but did not copy all of them.
