On my Navigon 2100 (White) I installed DMANN's latest build, but I also get the Navigon logo spinning and never stops.
I have changes the CoreConfig and the UserSettings files,

CoreConfig looks like below

The Device is: GoClever3550A. It is WinCE 5.0. I am using a Menu where I write to a .txt file (called addons) the paths to different applications I use on the device.
What could you suggest in order to increase the memory ?
I see in your release there is a Mortscrit files, but in my case (when I start the MN7.exe file manually, e.g. via the addons.txt) it seems I do not use the Mortscript functionality.

Try to press 1 Memory.exe
and after 2 MN7.exe

TMC is Port 4 on my 2100.... but i can fail...

I pressed memory.exe. It appears a window: Storage 6408, RAM 44884. And an 'OK' to close it.
I have started MN7 also, it works well. But I think the memory.exe does not work in the mean time. It just shows these parameters.
BTW, I would like to ask you :
Are you able to write a script which starts together with the MN7.exe another file in another folder: Poiwarner.exe in the SDMMC/PoiWarner folder.
I need this in order to try to use PoiWarner program together with MN7.4.
Concerning the maps: I already have the recent release AND the 'older' release: 09Q1 for MN7.3.b137, from January/February. The both releases work with your MN7.

On my MIO C320 Amigo and Igo8, MIO V3 functions with TMC,
gpsport= 2 Baudrat= 57600,
TMC port= com1 Baudrat= 38400
Navigon 7 functions but the TMC does not function. How can I configure my TMC for qu' it can function with Navigon 7. Excuse me for my English faults. I translate the whole with AltaVista. Thank you.

A main difference in the carodiavolo's version and DMANN's version is teh latter asks in the first start up for the language setting, but the first not. The first even does not have a Language row in Settings when you choose 'Optionen'/'Algemein'....
If you count on the upper bar the screens in this menu, carodiavolo's has 3, but DMANN's- 4.
Even the program counts them like this.
So, non-german speakers: use DMANN's version.
Unless someone correct carodiavolo's one..

If your current default language is English-GBR than try changing Susan's file name from eng-USA_Sarah_def_tts.sar to eng-GBR_Sarah_def_tts.sar after you've dropped Susan's file in the "Sounds" folder - you should now see Susan in Navigon's menu.

If your PNA freezes on startup (spinning Navigon logo) comment out the complete display tag in the "UserSettings.xml".

Like this:

then your PNA should boot. For me it was the <DayNightMode>0</DayNightMode> line which caused the freez. It deleted it from the UserSettings.xml and now my MN 7.4.0 Final-Version from DMANN is working on my 2100.

P.S.: I also changed the navigon.mscr -> Run("\Storage Card\NAVIGON\Memory.exe","1500"), that should be enough main storage but more working memory!

Well, you could delete the UserSettings.xml (also the UserSettings.default) and Hard-Reset your PNA again.

Then, if you get your PNA behind the STVO-Message, there is another wrong entry in your usersettings.xml.
-> Trial-and-error method by comment out other parts like "Display", "FirstGpsFix" and so on.

What´s the value of <FirstStartup> in your usersettings.xml? Set it to 1.

I have tried this, i have deleted the two usersettings. then he asks distance unit and hour unit. then comes the stvo message and he hangs again.

i have the maps from post 366, i think this are the newest.
