Name and Author of eBook: Dinosaur Fantastic by Martin Greenberg, Mike Resnick [editors]

Looking for a book, that was available everywhere several years ago, now is gone. Also gone from my HD when it crashed.
An anthology by Martin Greenberg and Mike Resnick "Dinosaur Fantastic". Please share it with me. It is older, the first edition was in 1993, so what was available could be scanned and bad quality. For this reason I'll be happy with any quality, any format.
Note that some editions show only Martin Greenberg as its editor, others both Martin Greenberg and Mike Resnick. So it could be an anthology edited by Resnick or an anthology edited by Greenberg if you have it in your collection.
